Gospel Campaign in Pointe Noire, Congo

CfaN Bootcamp graduate Randy Roberts is on the ground in Pointe-Noire, Republic of the Congo, preaching the Gospel over four evenings.

Day 3 – Pointe-Noire

Day 3 – Pointe-Noire, Congo

The crowds continue to grow on Night Three of the Pointe Noire campaign. Not only did the evening crowd grew, so did the number of pastors and leaders attending the Fire Conference.

Saturday is Holy Spirit night, when we preach on the baptism of the Holy Spirit. This is an intense time of submission to the power of God – and with that came some extraordinary testimonies, as God wonderfully confirmed the truth of the Gospel.

Day 3 – Pointe-Noire, Congo

It’s because of partners like you that we can plan for the future and be nimble when the Lord calls us somewhere.

Your faithful giving means the world to us – thank you for being obedient to the Lord!

Day 3 – Pointe-Noire, Congo

Dorichka woke up one morning 5 years ago with a swollen knee. At the hospital, the doctor said it should be amputated, but she refused.

She couldn’t walk, jump, or run because of the knee. Today during the prayer, she felt her leg was healed — the knee tumor disappeared! Now she can walk, jump, and run without pain!

Day 3 – Pointe-Noire, Congo

Belcherelle had a tear in her belly after a miscarriage in 2020, and since then, liquid would constantly pour from the wound.

She always had to put cloths on her belly to absorb it. But today the liquid has stopped flowing — no more need to cover her belly, she is free!

Day 3 – Pointe-Noire, Congo

Lucie had a cerebral cardiovascular accident 4 years ago. Since then, she could not walk without crutches, and she certainly could not jump. But now she can walk and jump freely without any help!

Day 2 – Pointe-Noire, Congo

Pointe-Noire, Congo

It was Night Two for the campaign in Pointe Noire, Republic of Congo, where CfaN-trained Evangelist Randy Roberts is preaching the Gospel this weekend. Coming straight from the campaign field, Randy wrote to me:

“The meetings here in Pointe Noire are going well. The Fire conferences have been very well attended. In fact, there have been so many pastors that I was a little surprised at the size of the crowd the first night. Now, it was thousands of people and much bigger than the meetings we used to have before we were trained by CfaN. Numbers aren’t everything, but the Bible does say we are supposed to be fruit checkers.

Day 2 – Pointe-Noire, Congo

While the crowd was not huge, the number of miracles was amazing. We had dozens of people come to give their testimonies and just like in the Bible, for every one that comes to give their testimony there are usually nine that don’t.

So I wasn’t surprised when we pulled onto the field, and the crowd had at least QUADRUPLED!

This is what I call God’s Marketing Plan. I like to say that we spend all our advertising dollars for just the first night, because on the first night, God advertises by confirming His word with signs, wonders and miracles! It’s the goodness of God that leads men to repentance and when people hear of what He is doing they will come to see for themselves and while they are here, they hear the Gospel!

Considering that God’s marketing Plan is in full effect I can’t wait to see what the campaign is like tomorrow!”

Thank you for being a vital part of God’s marketing plan. Your continued partnership is helping to fund millions of salvations – you are making an eternal impact!

Day 2 – Pointe-Noire, Congo

Lajoie is 12 years old and had never heard or spoken since birth. But now she can hear clearly and speak!

Lajoie (whose name means ‘the joy’) was brought to the campaign by Xavier, the man who took notes of the testimonies on stage. He has known her since birth and confirmed this wonderful miracle!

Day 1 – Pointe-Noire, Congo

Last month, CfaN was in the DRC, one of two “Congo” nations in Africa. This week and two weeks from now, it’s the other one (Republic of the Congo, or ‘little Congo’) where the Gospel is being preached. God is at work in this region!

In the city of Pointe Noire, CfaN Bootcamp graduate Evangelist Randy Roberts is declaring the Gospel in the evening and conducting a Fire Conference with local church leaders in the mornings.

Day 1 – Pointe-Noire, Congo

I just received this message from Randy

“Something brother Bonnke used to say to pastors all the time was, ‘I am a fisherman. I am coming to your town and would like to borrow your boats (the local church) to catch a great harvest. When I am done, I will empty my nets of my entire catch into your boats and won’t keep one for myself. Then I will mend my nets and go to the next town.’

The local church is so important to what we do because we need a place to put ‘our catch’ so they can be discipled. This is why I was so happy with the results of the Fire Conference this morning. We had no power for quite some time, and it also was raining, and yet the 700-800 pastors didn’t run and hide – they stayed and sang worship songs acapella. As I stood there in the rain with them, I thought, ‘These are people who love God and will love His people. We are leaving the new converts in good strong boats!’

We had a good first night. The crowd was responsive, we saw many pray the prayer of salvation and we had so many miracles, we couldn’t get to them all!”

This amazing harvest in Africa is a team effort! We can’t do it without ‘borrowing the boats’ of both the local churches and the worldwide body of Christ. Will you ‘lend us your boat’ by supporting this ministry financially? Thank you for standing with us in this season.

Day 1 – Pointe-Noire, Congo

Mercia had suffered from a constant sore throat for six long years. She could not speak well without pain and even drinking water hurt her. But after prayer tonight, all pain has gone and she can swallow easily.
